When Will My Order Be sent?
If you order before 4pm on weekdays, your order will be dispatched the same day. We process orders right up to 4pm exactly to ensure this happens. If you order after 4pm your order will be sent the next day, if your order is placed on a weekend then it will be sent on Monday.

Google checkout is the payment gateway created by Google, it is the most secure payment gateway on the market and has a fully integrated fraud protection system to ensure your card details are kept safe. Simply create your account, add a card and then you can shop between multiple merchants with one-click, putting an end to continually filling out your name & address. Where's My Order?
We send all our orders by Royal Mail standard parcels, they do not have individual tracking numbers. The guidelines are set out on the checkout page. 2nd Class post normally takes 2 to 5 working days 1st Class post normally takes 1 to 3 working days.
These are guidelines and approximate times only. 99% of parcels (official figure) make it on time but inevitably, with Royal Mail sending literally millions of parcels, a small percentage of orders are either late or lost (by Royal Mail). Most of the lost parcels are large items that cannot fit through a letterbox. What Happens if my order hasn't arrived?
Firstly we enforce Royal Mail's own 15 day policy for late & lost post. We do not resend any items until the following conditions have been met:
15 days have passed since date of ordering You have checked with your local sorting office to ensure they have no parcel for you. You have clarified that the address is correct.
Remember, it is your responsibility to be available at ALL times for delivery, if you miss a delivery - you must arrange a re-delivery.
